Community & Social Outreach

Portside Family Dental was the first building to convert to solar in August of 2012 in the Solarize Newburyport program. We are leading the community as a Solar Powered Dental Office.

As Harvard Faculty, Dr. Merabi initiated and supports a water geo-mapping, hygiene and development program in Mchinji, a remote rural district of Malawi in Africa. The program is supported by the various Ministries of Government of Malawi, Child Dental Relief, Inc., and student programs of Harvard School of Dental Medicine.
